About Dr. Glenn Hyman

Dr Glenn Hyman and family

Dr. Glenn Hyman was born in Philadelphia and grew up across the river in New Jersey. If you've been to New Jersey, you know why he moved to Colorado in 1990. He attended the University of Colorado at Denver and Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis.

He opened Denver Chiropractic Center in 1998. Dr. Hyman has had the unique opportunity to work side-by-side with Dr. Michael Leahy, the Active Release® 'guru' for two professional football seasons. The team doesn't let us use their name, but it's the big team in town. By treating professional athletes with Dr. Leahy, Dr. Hyman received advanced training that simply isn't available in seminars.

Dr. Hyman has also worked as a part of the large Active Release® team that treats athletes at the Ironman races across North America and, of course Kona. To be completely honest, anyone who has taken any ART® seminar can work an Ironman race, even Kona.

In 2002 he was chosen as the head chiropractor for the Saturn Cycling team (the team is now defunct).

Dr Glenn Hyman and Meredith

Dr. Hyman was married to Mrs. Dr. Hyman on October 21, 2002 (two days after the Ironman), on a beach on the Big Island of Hawaii. The place is called Kona Village Resort and he highly recommends it. If you go, throw all financial responsibility to the wind and get an ocean side hut. And go spend a night at the volcano. You'll never forget it.

Dr. Glenn, Meredith, and their two sons - Andrew and Jason - live in Centennial (we moved from Parker, in case you've been checking this page often) with their dog.

Sons Andrew and Jason

Dr. Hyman is a former volunteer Red Cross CPR instructor. If you are not trained to perform CPR, please call the Mile-High Chapter of the American Red Cross at 303-722-7474 and sign up. You could save a life.
